Training

Learn by doing.

Practical, hands-on workshops that equip product managers, product owners, and cross-functional teams with the skills to build products people actually want.

My Approach

Training that sticks.

Most product management training is passive — slide after slide of frameworks you forget on the drive home. Mine isn't.

Every workshop I run is built around the belief that the best way to learn is to do the thing, not just hear about it. Participants spend as much time on hands-on activities, case studies, and group discussion as they do absorbing new concepts. They leave with tools they can use on Monday morning.

Hands-On

Every module includes an activity. You'll write user stories, prioritize backlogs, evaluate opportunities, and define releases — not just watch someone else do it.

Practical

Built from real-world product management experience, not just textbooks. Frameworks are taught in context, with examples from actual product teams.

Flexible

Workshops are available in half-day, full-day, and two-day formats — and can be customized for your team's industry and context.

Who It's For

Built for teams in motion.

These workshops work best when the whole team learns together — but they're also designed for individuals looking to level up.

Product Managers

New to the role or transitioning into PM — get the frameworks and vocabulary to lead with clarity and confidence.

Product Owners

Deepen your understanding of the "why" behind the backlog — and connect sprint-level work to customer and business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Teams

Engineers, designers, analysts, and stakeholders who want to speak the same product language and collaborate more effectively.

Leaders & Managers

Understand what great product management looks like so you can hire, support, and coach your team more effectively.

The Phase Won Difference

"I've spent 20 years watching teams build the wrong thing — and then scramble to explain why. That experience is baked into every workshop I run. My goal is to give your team the tools to avoid that trap."
— Corissa Bowman, Founder of Phase Won
